Tactics Reblocking and Underpinning is a family-owned and operated business based in Melbourne. We are a Registered Building Practitioner and service all areas of Melbourne and the State of Victoria. We employ the latest technology in locating and identifying possible faults in properties to give you the best advice about how to proceed.

Certificate of compliance
Upon completion of our works, a surveyor will complete a final inspection of your property and issue you with a certificate of compliance. This certificate is required in section 32 of your contract if you plan on selling your property in the future.
